Iranmall

The Iran Mall, a multi-purpose complex, was designed on a 317,000 m2 plot of land, spanning seven floors. With an initial infrastructure area of 1,350,000 m2, the complex is set to expand to 1,600,000 m2 upon completion of all development phases. The first phase, launched in 2018, boasts an impressive 267,000 m2 of gross leasable area, featuring 708 retail units. Our team at Paydar Eskan Industrial group was responsible for designing, fabricating and installing the steel structures, equipment supports and piping systems for the project, which was completed between 2016 and 2020. We're proud to have contributed our expertise to this iconic project.
